Cancellation and Late Fee Policies

Your commitment to attending our classes ensures we can offer the best experience for everyone and that all our members can use their memberships to the fullest. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policies and late fees:

Cancellation Policy

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, ensure you do so more than 12 hours before the class.

  

If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, the following policies apply:


Credit-based memberships, intro passes and class pack users: A late cancellation means you'll lose one class from your pack or membership.

Failing to show up for class or cancel within 2 hours of class via the app will also result in a £5 no show fee being applied.

Please make sure you are checked in for every class, especially if you’re late. Cancelling your spot even if it’s within 12 hours ensures members on the waitlist are offered an opportunity to attend and we want everyone to be able to maximise their memberships.

Understanding Late Cancels

  • Canceling your spot less than 2 hours before the class is termed a "late cancel/no show".

  

  • All late cancel fees will be processed within 24 hours of the late cancellation.

  

  • To cancel your spot, use your account via our website or app.

Fairness to Our Business: Every spot counts. We rely on each filled spot to meet our operational costs.

Fairness to Our Instructors: Our instructors’ compensation varies based on class attendance.

Remember, we always work closely with our members to ensure everyone is clear on our policies. We do make exceptions in cases of illness, injury, or inclement weather.
