Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policies and late fees:
CANCELLATION WINDOW
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, ensure you do so more than 24 hours before the class.
Your commitment to attending our classes ensures we can offer the best experience for everyone and that all our members can use their memberships to the fullest.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Failing to show up for class will also result in a £5 no show fee being applied.
Please make sure you are checked in for every class, especially if you’re late to avoid accidental no-show fees. Cancelling your spot even if it’s within 24 hours ensures members on the waitlist are offered an opportunity to attend and we want everyone to be able to maximise their memberships.
To cancel your spot, use your account via our website or app.
late arrival
You need to arrive on time for your class or you may not be allowed entry. If it’s your first reformer class OR a Hot class, you must arrive at least 10 minutes prior.
For new reformer clients this allows us to set you up on your reformer without disrupting the class time.
For hot classes, we only open the door once (to keep the room hot) and the door will be closed after to preserve the format of the class.

We always work closely with our members to ensure everyone is clear on our policies.
We do make exceptions in cases of illness, injury, or extreme weather.
