Our first Bristol studio, located on the borders of Cotham, Clifton and Redland, just off Whiteladies Road in Bristol BS6. Nestled just off Cotham Hill with it’s cafe’s, restaurants and transport links via Clifton Down train station, our Clifton studio has a 12 bed reformer studio, and mat, barre and equipment Pilates studio.
There’s easy parking in the Clifton Down Shopping Centre car park, bike racks outside the studio on Cotham Hill and we’re just a 10 minute stroll from Clifton Village.

Parking is available in the Clifton Down Shopping Centre, 2 min walk to the studio, or on surrounding roads in metres.
We have secure lockers to store your belongings and small changing areas in our studios. You can also bring small valuables into the studio with you. We do not offer showers.

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?
Get yourself an intro pass and book via our app or website. Download the app on App Store or Google Play under “MOHIITO Pilates”WHEN TO ARRIVE
Make sure you get there at least 10 minutes before the class for an induction by your instructor. If it’s your first class, you must attend the induction on time, so make sure you show up early! Regular clients have to be there by the time the class starts or entry will not be allowed.WHAT IF I’M LATE?
You’ll need to be in the studio ready to start class on time. If you know you won’t make the class make sure you cancel via the app to avoid a £5 no-show fee.WHAT DO I WEAR?
Grip socks are a must for all equipment classes. You can BYO or purchase in the studio. Wear comfortable gym/yoga clothes. Make sure long hair is tied up and you’re not wearing moisturiser or body lotion. Jewellery should be removed as it can damage the equipment.CAN I FILM/BRING MY PHONE?
We have a no-phones or filming policy to make sure everyone is comfortable. If you do need to bring your phone to the studio please have it on silent and leave the class if you need to take an urgent call. You can snap a selfie after class.CAN I CANCEL OR DON’T TURN UP TO MY CLASS?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all our classes. Manage your classes via the app. We operate a no-show fee of £5. Cancel via the app to avoid being charged and so someone else can take your spot.

COREFORM
Dynamic Reformer Pilates. Focuses on building core strength, improving posture and endurance from the inside out
Targets the core, hips, legs, glutes and arms for peak performance and definition.
Ideal for supplementing other workouts & sports, for recovery days, or as your go-to class.
Coreform is an all levels class. Coreform Level 2, Advanced & Pro are where you will be challenged at intermediate and advanced levels only and are not suitable for beginners.
Athletic Reformer Pilates
for Fitness Results
FITFORM
Heavier resistance, a blast of cardio. A conditioning workout in one 50 minute session.
A total-body Pilates-meets-fitness session that will guarantee you feel the burn.
Ideal for building strength, boosting the metabolism (& getting sweaty)
An all-levels class. We recommend 1 Coreform prior to attending Fitform.
CARDIOFORM
Our challenging (but achievable) jumpboard class that combines low impact cardio intervals with body-sculpting strength and core exercises.
Kind on your joints, great for cardio fitness and definition.
Builds stamina, and works the glutes, legs and core to the max.
An all-levels class. We recommend 1 Coreform prior to attending Cardioform.
MIX’D
Circuit class combining reformer, chair, & fitness.
Pilates + Fitness for maximum results.
Builds strength, endurance and cardio fitness
An all-levels class. We recommend 1 Coreform prior to attending Mix’d.
Elevate
Great for glutes, hips, core and spinal mobility
Ideal if you love reformer or mat and want variety
All classes suitable for beginners.

Great for toning, sculpting and finding muscles you didn’t know existed. (No ballet.)
