  • Memberships start from the date of the first class you book with it. You’ll be charged your first payment on purchase, and your next payment will be 28 days after your first class. If you have an intro pass you can use your intro pass first before activating your membership.

  • Credits rollover as long as your memberships is active, so if you’re travelling or out of town, you can make up extra classes at any time.

  • Yes! Annual members can freeze for up to 8 weeks per year. 6 month members can freeze for up to 4 weeks.

  • If you move out of Bristol, memberships can be cancelled without an early-exit fee on proof of your new address

  • If you want to upgrade at any point, just speak to us and we will help you edit your membership.

  • Yes, reach out to us and tell us what you’re looking for. We’ll arrange a quick chat to find a membership that works for you.

Important deets:

  • Memberships begin from the date of your first class

  • Your membership renews every 4 weeks so that you can attend weekly & access weekly recurring bookings if you wish (subject to availability).

  • Memberships will auto-renew after expiry. You’ll be notified 28 days prior and be able to cancel your renewal during that time.

  • All memberships require 28 days cancellation notice.

  • If you want to continue but upgrade your membership you can contact us via email or phone

  • Any unused credits from an annual membership will rollover as long as your membership is active. You use them select ‘Credits’ when paying for classes rather than ‘Subscriptions’.

  • An early exit fee applies to memberships, except in the instance of moving away or medical reasons.
