Why Infra-Red?
The challenge is real. Infra-red warmth makes every movement harder, every muscle work deeper. You'll push further, sweat more, and see faster results.
The benefits go beyond the burn. Deep heat penetrates muscles to ease soreness and stiffness, reduce inflammation, and speed recovery.
Increased circulation supports heart health while boosting collagen production for skin elasticity.
The elevated temperature triggers serotonin release, improving mood and reducing anxiety while you work.

Feel the benefits of the heat
01
Increased Calorie Burn & Detoxification
Your body works harder to regulate temperature, burning more calories than room-temperature classes. The deep sweat supports lymphatic drainage, improves skin clarity, and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
02
Dramatically Improved Flexibility
Infra-red heat warms your muscles before you move, allowing you to stretch deeper and safer. You'll move better, feel less restricted, and reduce your risk of injury.
03
Faster Recovery & Stress Relief
Increased blood flow delivers oxygen to muscles more efficiently, reducing soreness and speeding recovery. The heat boosts serotonin, lowering anxiety and improving sleep. Leave feeling calm and refreshed.

You'll want to bring a towel to cover your mat, and water bottle. It's also helpful to bring a change of clothes for after class, as you may sweat quite a bit! We sell grippy towels, or you can hire one for £5.
-
Opt for lightweight, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement and quick drying. Ideally shorts or leggings rather than jogging bottoms, but wear whatever makes you comfortable. Grip socks are required for this class. We sell them in the studio.

It’s perfectly okay to just lie down if you need a breather. After a couple of classes you will acclimatise to exercising in the heat.
