Start with a
personal review
We take time to understand your goals, schedule, training history, and what you actually enjoy doing.
Niggly shoulder? Never done Pilates before? Training for an event? We’ll take all these details into account before we get started.

We design your programme
Using the M.O Method, we create a six‑week plan that works for you.
That might include reformer, strength training, mobility, stretch and recovery, or a mix of everything.

You’re supported
every step
A personal trainer and Pilates pro oversees your progress, keeps you accountable, and adjusts your programme as you go.
No guesswork. No random classes. Just a clear plan you can stick to.

Group / Classes
Train in our group classes with a personalised plan guiding what, when, and how often you train.
You’ll have access to both our studios and all our classes. You’ll get a 1:1 session to start you on the right track.
Private / Programme
Work one‑to‑one with a senior Pilates coach on what matters most to you, with bespoke attention, progression and the most flexible scheduling.

You can join the program anytime until April 5th We only have 25 spaces. You can sign up now and start your program later.

Sign up here, and one of the team will be in touch to schedule your 1:1 consultation and book in your private session. We’ll set up your account and book in your sessions once we’ve chatted about your goals and schedule. Your start date for the program is the date of your first class.

Group sessions must be used within 8 weeks of starting. We will prebook your sessions for you in our 1:1 consultation to make sure you can access the classes you’d like. Private packages come with an extended usage of 10 weeks from your first session. No extensions.

We’ll contact you on sign up to talk through your program and make sure we can book in your private sessions. If we don’t have availability we will refund you. If you’re unsure, please book a consultation so we can check availability prior to purchase.

Yes! Private sessions will be added to your account outside of your membership. Your current membership will continue to run as usual. If you wish to pause your membership, annual members can use their free freeze, but we recommend private sessions alongside your regular classes for maximum results.
