What to Expect:
Step 1: The Strategy Session Once you're in, we'll set up a proper chat with Elle Kealy – founder, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the person who actually knows what she's talking about. This isn't a sales call disguised as support. It's a real conversation about your goals, your schedule, your nutrition plan, and what you actually want from the next six weeks.
Step 2: We Handle The Logistics Forget scrambling for class spots or playing booking roulette. We sort your entire schedule – group classes, private sessions, the works. You just show up. (Revolutionary concept, we know.)
Step 3: Your Personal Roadmap You get a plan that actually makes sense for your life. Not some cookie-cutter program that assumes you have unlimited time and zero responsibilities. Plus, honest advice about what to do outside the studio too – because what happens between classes matters just as much.
Step 4: We've Got Your Back Check-ins to see how you're feeling, answer your questions, and adjust things if needed. Our team as always there for you.

You can join the program anytime until July 31st. We only have 4 private training spaces available and 10 group spaces. You can sign up now and start your program later.

Our nutrition guide is a completely optional bonus, that’s designed for those with body composition goals to accelerate their progress.
The guide includes a 2 day kickstart to reset blood sugar levels and balance hormones, followed by 6 weeks of balanced eating plans, shopping lists and meal prep tips. Vegetarian and gluten free options are included. If you don’t want to follow meal plans but would like to look at nutrition in your program, we’ll cover this in your goal-setting session as well (because we also have a no-meal plan-plan.)

Sign up here, and one of the team will be in touch to schedule your 1:1 consultation and book in your private session. We’ll set up your account and book in your sessions once we’ve chatted about your goals and schedule. Your start date for the program is the date of your first class.

Group sessions must be used within 8 weeks of starting. We will prebook your sessions for you in our 1:1 consultation to make sure you can access the classes you’d like. Private packages come with an extended usage of 10 weeks from your first session. No extensions.

Yes! Private sessions will be added to your account outside of your membership. Your current membership will continue to run as usual. If you wish to pause your membership, annual members can use their free freeze, but we recommend private sessions alongside your regular classes for maximum results.
