Start with a
personal review

We take time to understand your goals, schedule, training history, and what you actually enjoy doing.

Niggly shoulder? Never done Pilates before? Training for an event? We’ll take all these details into account before we get started.

We design your programme

Using the M.O Method, we create a six‑week plan that works for you.

That might include reformer, strength training, mobility, stretch and recovery, or a mix of everything.

You’re supported
every step

A personal trainer and Pilates pro oversees your progress, keeps you accountable, and adjusts your programme as you go.

No guesswork. No random classes. Just a clear plan you can stick to.

Group / Classes

Train in our group classes with a personalised plan guiding what, when, and how often you train.

You’ll have access to both our studios and all our classes. You’ll get a 1:1 session to start you on the right track.

Private / Programme

Work one‑to‑one with a senior Pilates coach on what matters most to you, with bespoke attention, progression and the most flexible scheduling.

  • Reformer training

We don’t lock this in upfront — because your body, goals, and lifestyle matter more than a preset plan, but we will work with you to make sure you’re doing something that feels good for you, as well as pushing you forwards.

We’ll tailor-make your schedule to fit your goals and pre-book your sessions.

  • 10 sessions across 6 weeks (Clifton & Harbourside)

  • 1:1 Private session

  • Online workout access

  • 4 weeks off of membership on completion or £30 off a credit pack

  • Add on additional classes or privates at a special rate

  • Unused credits roll over into a follow on membership or class pack
