Activate is a high‑touch, six‑week introduction to the M.O Method that will have you moving better, building strength and actually sticking to it.  

This isn’t a one‑size‑fits‑all programme. It’s structured, personalised, and fully supported.

No guessing which class to take, or what to do.
Just a plan to take you from where you’re at now, to feeling more confident and stronger from the inside out.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH /

Activate is available in two formats:

Group Classes

Train in our group classes with a personalised plan guiding what, when, and how often you train. You’ll have access to both our studios and all our classes.


Private Programme

Work one‑to‑one or two-to-one with a senior Pilates coach on what matters most to you, with bespoke attention, progression and the most flexible scheduling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO /

Your programme may include:

• Reformer training
• Strength training (the Pilates way)
• Mobility and recovery
• Stretch and flexibility training

We don’t lock this in upfront — because your body, goals, and lifestyle matter more than a preset plan, but we will work with you to make sure you’re doing something that feels good for you, as well as pushing you forwards.

Private
Program

Ideal if you want a personal approach and completely bespoke program. 1:1 Sessions are in Reformer Pilates, Equipment Pilates or Mat Pilates (depending on your goals and preferences).

FAQ /

  • You can join the program anytime until April 5th We only have 4 private training spaces available and 10 group spaces. You can sign up now and start your program later.

  • Sign up here, and one of the team will be in touch to schedule your 1:1 consultation and book in your private session. We’ll set up your account and book in your sessions once we’ve chatted about your goals and schedule. Your start date for the program is the date of your first class.

  • Group sessions must be used within 8 weeks of starting. We will prebook your sessions for you in our 1:1 consultation to make sure you can access the classes you’d like. Private packages come with an extended usage of 10 weeks from your first session. No extensions.

  • Yes! Private sessions will be added to your account outside of your membership. Your current membership will continue to run as usual. If you wish to pause your membership, annual members can use their free freeze, but we recommend private sessions alongside your regular classes for maximum results.
