Using Reformer Pilates as a foundation, we build strength, endurance and control through progressive, full-body training.

Our supplementary mat, barre or infra-red classes are there for a boost of conditioning, or to help your recovery.

CoreForm develops movement quality, core strength, flexibility & stability. A classic Reformer Pilates experience to build your foundations and beyond.

Start here:

To build a base and master the Reformer Pilates moves that truly work. Coreform works as a stand-alone Pilates plan for all levels.

FITFORM

This dynamic Reformer Pilates class builds muscular endurance through dynamic movement & athletic challenge.

Try this for:

A more athletic workout that builds definition and strength . If you want more challenge than Coreform and a fitness twist on Pilates.

STRONGFORM

StrongForm increases resistance and strength capacity through gym-style resistance training on the Reformer.


Add this if:

You don’t lift weights or strength train already, and want to improve your muscle mass and metabolism.
