coreform

Dynamic Reformer Pilates.

  • Focuses on building core strength, improving posture and endurance from the inside out.

  • Targets the core, hips, legs, glutes and arms for peak performance and definition.

  • Ideal for supplementing other workouts & sports, for recovery days, or as your go-to class.

  • Coreform is an all levels class. Coreform Level 2 & advanced are where you will be challenged at intermediate+ levels only and are not suitable for beginners.

Frequently asked questions

  • Start with COREFORM, and you’ll get to know the equipment, movement and Pilates principles. If you’re not new to Reformer Pilates you can start with any class you like.

  • After 16 weeks you’ll not be able to join group reformer sessions. We run a special Prenatal Coreform for new mums weekly, or you can switch to private classes.

  • We’ve designed our classes to be multi-level, with options to challenge or modify so that anyone can enjoy the sessions, no matter where you’re at.

    COREFORM is our signature dynamic Reformer Pilates class for all levels. Start here.

    When you’re ready for more, try Level 2 or Advanced. These classes move at a more challenging pace as we assume you have a solid foundation already.

    FITFORM, MIX’D and CARDIOFORM are for all levels, but we recommend 1 COREFORM first.

    Barre, Elevate, Yoga and Mat Pilates classes are all levels.
