Curious about our Reformer Jump classes but unsure of what to expect? Take the leap with us in a 90-minute Introduction to the Jumpboard workshop, led by our expert instructor, Nadya. Dive into a safe and welcoming environment where you'll discover the exhilarating fusion of cardio and Pilates.

Designed to infuse your routine with cardio intensity, sweat-inducing moves, and that delightful post-workout tremble, this class elevates your Pilates practice to new heights. By incorporating the Jumpboard into familiar Reformer flows, we'll challenge your coordination, boost your cardiovascular fitness, and enhance your endurance.

  3. Coordination and Balance: Engage in movements that challenge your coordination and balance, as you synchronize jumps with precise Pilates movements, enhancing both physical and mental agility.

  4. Muscle Engagement and Endurance: Experience a full-body workout as you engage muscles from head to toe, building strength, endurance, and resilience through controlled yet dynamic movements.

  5. Personalized Modifications: Receive personalized guidance and modifications from our experienced instructors, ensuring that each exercise is tailored to your individual needs and abilities.

Weā€™re offering our club in 6-week progressive blocks with all profits going to our chosen charity, ā€˜Feeding Bristolā€™. This wonderful charity works across Bristol, working to improve the local food system, providing groups at risk of food insecurity.
