BARRE BURN

A classic barre class with a focus on strength barre moves, tiny pulses and feeling the burn! You'll reach all those hard-to-reach muscles that other workouts just don't get and leave feeling stronger, longer and more defined

BARRE PUMP’D

Our high energy, full body barre workout to the beat. This class has more cardio interval, and works multiple muscle groups at a time for extra pump. Expect a big beat soundtrack and sweats & shakes

BARRE FLOW

All the shakes, but a more chilled out vibe - you’ll move through fluid, body-changing low impact series, all set to a laid-back soundtrack. But trust us, you’ll find that challenge zone.

FAQS

  • Not at all! In fact, if you’re out of shape we would love to welcome you to the studio, because that’s what we are here for! All of our classes have options so that you can adapt the class to your current level. Our expert trainers are happy to help you. If you’ve got an injury or other issue then, feel free to reach out to us before you come in, so we can help.

  • Comfy gym clothes are a good idea. You can do barre and pilates class in sticky socks or bare feet and gym clothes. Wear trainers for our other fitness classes. Bring a water bottle and towel if you want to shower.

  • Most of our clients are between the ages of 20 and 55, but we have many clients who are students, and many clients who are 60+. There’s no ‘right’ age to join us! If you have any specific injuries or health concerns please contact us first for a consultation
