M PILATES

A restorative mat Pilates class which will improve posture, core strength, back strength and create balance and flexibility. This class is designed to help you work from the inside out to feel your best.

PILATES SCULPT

A powerful mat Pilates class using special small props and faster flows, designed to give you support, challenge and strong, sculpted results.

FLEXFORMER

What is Flexformer? Think: Mat Pilates amp'd with the addition of resistance and support using our unique FLEXFORMER apparatus. Build core strength, definition and improve flexibility with this dynamic class that mimics the reformer & tower on the mat. Suitable for all levels.

FAQS

  • Not at all! In fact, if you’re out of shape we would love to welcome you to the studio, because that’s what we are here for! All of our classes have options so that you can adapt the class to your current level. Our expert trainers are happy to help you. If you’ve got an injury or other issue then, feel free to reach out to us before you come in, so we can help.

  • Comfy gym clothes are a good idea. You can do barre and pilates class in sticky socks or bare feet and gym clothes. Wear trainers for our other fitness classes. Bring a water bottle and towel if you want to shower.

  • Most of our clients are between the ages of 20 and 55, but we have many clients who are students, and many clients who are 60+. There’s no ‘right’ age to join us! If you have any specific injuries or health concerns please contact us first for a consultation
