Who we share it with

We never sell your information or share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf, only to run our studios and under contracts that protect it:

  • Momence: our booking, payments and customer management system.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you fill in one of our lead forms, and to show and measure our ads.
  • Our payment provider: to process card payments securely.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

Our website and booking pages use cookies, including the Meta pixel. The pixel tells Meta when someone who saw our ads visits our site or buys a pass, so we can measure which ads work and show them to people likely to be interested.

Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time in your browser settings. You can also manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Some of our service providers store data outside the UK, for example in the US or EU. Where they do, the transfer is protected by UK-approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the UK-US data bridge.
