We offer an intro pass with a 1:1 session included if you want to get to know the ropes better either before your first class or during your intro period.

REFORMER ESSENTIALS

The entry level fundamentals class that you can’t live without. Fall in love with reformer and build core strength, control and master the moves. Ideal as your first class or if you’re feeling like a restorative class that de-stresses & focuses on technique

Beginner-friendly. All fitness levels.

  • Max 12 in a class

REFORMER FLOW

A slightly faster paced class classic dynamic reformer class that focuses on technique enhancement, lengthening and strengthening and mental wellbeing. Leave feeling uplifted and refreshed.

Beginner-friendly. All fitness levels.

REFORMER FLOW PLUS

Our next level dynamic reformer Pilates class. Ideal if you’re intermediate and above, looking for more challenge or to progress your reformer practice. Not suitable for beginners.

REFORMER FIT

Feel the burn with this powerful fitness-focused reformer class designed to reshape you from top to toe. Tunes up, and flows on, we move through strength and sculpting moves at a pace that will light you up and bring the burn. An athletic, workout-focused reformer class.

General level - we recommend one Flow/Essentials class prior to attending

  • Max 12 in a class

REFORMER RELEASE

A reformer class focused on flexibility, mobility and stretching and strengthening. All the feel-good from Flow with added ‘aaahhhhh’.

Beginner-friendly. All fitness levels.

  • Max 12 in a class

REFORMER JUMP

Bringing you all the cardio, sweat and shaky legs you’re missing from other Reformer classes, this jump-board class will challenge your coordination, cardio fitness and endurance while moving you through the dynamic reformer flows you know and love.

General level - we recommend three Flow/Essentials classes prior to attending

FAQS

  • Not at all! In fact, if you’re out of shape we would love to welcome you to the studio, because that’s what we are here for! All of our classes have options so that you can adapt the class to your current level. Our expert trainers are happy to help you. If you’ve got an injury or other issue then, feel free to reach out to us before you come in, so we can help.

  • Comfy gym clothes are a good idea. You can do barre and pilates class in sticky socks or bare feet and gym clothes. Wear trainers for our other fitness classes. Bring a water bottle and towel if you want to shower.

  • Most of our clients are between the ages of 20 and 55, but we have many clients who are students, and many clients who are 60+. There’s no ‘right’ age to join us! If you have any specific injuries or health concerns please contact us first for a consultation
