A total body conditioning circuit workout that will get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energised! You'll work from top to toe and keep the body guessing for constant results. Think short intervals, high intensity and all the props, from kettlebells to weights and med balls and resistance bands.

Our boxing fitness circuit class, where you’ll burn calories, work up a sweat and leave feeling revitalised and refreshed! You’ll combine simple boxing moves with fitness moves for a feel-good sweat that blasts the stress away.

FAQS

  • Not at all! In fact, if you’re out of shape we would love to welcome you to the studio, because that’s what we are here for! All of our classes have options so that you can adapt the class to your current level. Our expert trainers are happy to help you. If you’ve got an injury or other issue then, feel free to reach out to us before you come in, so we can help.

  • Comfy gym clothes are a good idea. You can do barre and pilates class in sticky socks or bare feet and gym clothes. Wear trainers for our other fitness classes. Bring a water bottle and towel if you want to shower.

  • Most of our clients are between the ages of 20 and 55, but we have many clients who are students, and many clients who are 60+. There’s no ‘right’ age to join us! If you have any specific injuries or health concerns please contact us first for a consultation
