If you're feeling overwhelmed about where to begin your fitness journey, worry no more! 


During our Open Week, we're offering a range of classes whether you're interested in high-intensity training, barre, pilates, or strength training exercises, we have something for everyone! How’s that sound? (Awesome, right?!)


One of the most popular classes in our studio is MFIRE - a 45-minute total body conditioning workout that will leave your heart pumping and make you feel energized. With short intervals, high intensity, and a variety of props like kettlebells, weights, and resistance bands, this class is perfect for anyone looking for a full-body workout with maximum results.


And if you are into high-octane, total body-sculpting HIIT sessions, then our MPOWER class is definitely for you! This 45-minute session includes low-impact row-based training and expertly designed resistance and core training, making it ideal for those who want to see fat loss results. If you’re a total beginner, no need to worry because our coaches will help you master any new moves and you’ll soon feel like a seasoned pro after a few sessions. 

For those interested in a more low-impact option, our MBARRE class is perfect for you, Barre classes use light weights, props, and a barre to target the core and tone the body. It's a great cross between Pilates, traditional fitness moves, and a sprinkle of ballet, but without any dancing or leg warmers required.


Last but not least, we have MPILATES - an all-levels mat Pilates class that helps you strengthen, tone, correct, and balance.  This class is perfect for improving core strength, stability, and posture, and you'll use a variety of props to challenge yourself.
