Pregnancy changes your body, but it doesn't have to mean putting your fitness on hold.
Our Prenatal Reformer Pilates Course is a dedicated 6-week programme designed specifically for expectant mothers who want to stay strong, supported, and active throughout their pregnancy. This isn't a watered-down version of our regular classes. It's intelligent, purposeful reformer training that meets your body exactly where it is right now.
Led by our specialist instructors, each session is carefully structured to keep you moving safely through pregnancy: building the core stability and pelvic floor strength you need for labour and beyond, maintaining the mobility and posture your changing body demands, and giving you an hour each week that's entirely yours.
What to expect: Thoughtful, progressive reformer work adapted for pregnancy at every stage, with modifications as your bump grows and your needs change. Sessions focus on functional strength, breath connection, and the kind of deep postural work that supports you both inside and outside the studio.
