Just crossed a finish line? Your body carried you through every mile — now it's time to return the favour.

Whether you ran the London Marathon, the Bristol Half, or smashed a 10km recently, this one's for you.

Runners Recovery is a Reformer based workshop designed to help you reset, restore and move well again.

We'll work through the bits that runners know all too well...tight hips, heavy hamstrings, screaming calves, and focus on the mobility and restoration work that gets you back to training feeling strong, not broken!

Expect guided support from Shona, who crossed the London Marathon finish line herself just weeks ago and knows exactly what your body is going through right now!

Your finish line isn't the end, it's the best reason to show up on Sunday. Save your spot.
