Enter M Lab by MOHIITO, a brand new personal training studio in Clifton, Bristol, that is taking a modern approach to better health, fitness and wellbeing. 

M LAB is an innovative personal training studio focusing on helping Bristolians get in the best shape they can, through comprehensive personal training programs that don’t leave anything out. M LAB’s philosophy is to work with a limited number of clients at one time in a collaborative fashion to give them a complete fitness solution. 

We know that people get better results when they have a good training program, but that’s only half the battle. An ideal personal training program will take into account your unique body type, age, lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and not only hold you accountable but also help you improve your mental game, so that you can overcome all those obstacles that life puts in the way.

We created our 30 Day Activate Program to be the kickstart that you need. All clients start with a free personal training consultation in the Clifton studio, where they’ll be assessed and have the ear of an M LAB fitness expert.   The next 30 days are all about resetting the body, building a solid fitness foundation, and kickstarting your goals. Once ACTIVATE is complete, clients can continue on a bespoke program that will move them towards success. 

Combining the 3 pillars of fitness, mindset and nutrition, clients can expect to not only see results, but feel positive and inspired about their journey, in a supportive and private training environment.
