We designed the M.O Method to be different from anything else you've tried. This isn't slow rehab-based Pilates. And it's not a punishing gym session that leaves you broken for three days. It's achievable, dynamic, full-body training built on a Reformer Pilates foundation (and supported by our infra-red, mat and barre classes) - and it's genuinely fun.

Where is the studio?
Our newest Bristol studio is located next to Wapping Wharf, close to the areas of Southville, Bedminster and the City Centre.
Our Harbourside studio offers Reformer Pilates classes in a stunning 11 bed space.
There’s easy parking in the Wapping Wharf car park, or the Grove Car Park, as well as along Coronation Road, or free parking in the Asda carpark just 5 minutes walk away. We have changing facilities on site.

No. Our studios operate independently so you’ll need to purchase your intro pass for the studio you’d most like to come to.
If you join as an annual member, we offer packages that allow use of both studios, after your intro pass. -
Start with COREFORM, and you’ll get to know the equipment, movement and Pilates principles. If you’re not new to Reformer Pilates you can start with any class you like.
All of Clifton’s mat and barre classes are suitable for all levels, just come along and join us! -
We’ve designed our classes to be multi-level, with options to challenge or modify so that anyone can enjoy the sessions, no matter where you’re at.
COREFORM is our signature dynamic Reformer Pilates class for all levels. Start here.
When you’re ready for more, try Level 2 or Advanced. These classes move at a more challenging pace as we assume you have a solid foundation already.
FITFORM, MIX’D and CARDIOFORM are for all levels, but we recommend 1 COREFORM first.Barre, Elevate and Mat Pilates classes are all levels. These classes are only available in Clifton.

Our reformer and equipment classes are 3 credits each, our mat and barre classes are 2 credits each.
You can use the credits on your intro pass for any class you like.
Note that only Clifton runs mat and barre classes. Intro passes are exclusive to the studio that you purchase at and can’t be used at both locations. -
After 16 weeks you’ll not be able to join group reformer sessions. We run a special Prenatal Coreform for new mums weekly, or you can switch to private classes.

We offer secure areas to store your belongings and and have limited changing facilties in both studios.

first time essentials

How do I book a class?
Get yourself an intro pass and book via our app or website. Download the app on App Store or Google Play under “M.O Pilates”

When to arrive
Make sure you get there at least 10 minutes before the class for an induction by your instructor. If it’s your first class, you must attend the induction on time, so make sure you show up early! Regular clients have to be there by the time the class starts or entry will not be allowed.

What if I’m late?
You’ll need to be in the studio ready to start class on time. If you know you won’t make the class make sure you cancel via the app to avoid a £5 no-show fee.

What do I wear?
Grip socks are a must for all equipment classes. You can BYO or purchase in the studio. Wear comfortable gym/yoga clothes. Make sure long hair is tied up and you’re not wearing moisturiser or body lotion. Jewellery should be removed as it can damage the equipment.

Can I film / bring my phone?
We have a no-phones or filming policy to make sure everyone is comfortable. If you do need to bring your phone to the studio please have it on silent and leave the class if you need to take an urgent call. You can snap a selfie after class.

Can I cancel or skip my class?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all our classes. Manage your classes via the app. We operate a no-show fee of £10. Cancel via the app at least 1 hour before the class to avoid being charged and so someone else can take your spot.
