Our first Bristol studio, located on the borders of Cotham, Clifton and Redland, just off Whiteladies Road in Bristol BS6.

Nestled just off Cotham Hill with it’s cafe’s, restaurants and transport links via Clifton Down train station, our Clifton studio has a 12 bed reformer studio, and infra-red heated mat, barre and equipment Pilates studio.

Our newest Bristol studio is located next to Wapping Wharf, close to the areas of Southville, Bedminster and the City Centre.

Our Harbourside studio offers Reformer Pilates classes in a stunning 12 bed space and fully equipped private Pilates studio.

There are different types of strength and fitness. Some training focuses on lifting heavy weight, while other training focuses on cardio or flexibility.

The M.O Method combines the benefits it all.

It’s the same principle used in personal training: train different physical qualities together to create balanced, lasting results.

Using Reformer Pilates as a foundation, we build strength, endurance and control through progressive, full-body training.

Our supplementary mat, barre or infra-red classes are there for a boost of conditioning, or to help your recovery.

They work together to improve how your body looks, feels and performs.

COREFORM

CoreForm develops movement quality, core strength, flexibility & stability. A classic Reformer Pilates experience to build your foundations and beyond.

Start here:

To build a base and master the Reformer Pilates moves that truly work. Coreform works as a stand-alone Pilates plan for all levels.

FITFORM

This dynamic Reformer Pilates class builds muscular endurance through dynamic movement & athletic challenge.

Try this for:

A more athletic workout that builds definition and strength . If you want more challenge than Coreform and a fitness twist on Pilates.

STRONGFORM

StrongForm increases resistance and strength capacity through gym-style resistance training on the Reformer.

first time essentials

How do I book a class?

Get yourself an intro pass and book via our app or website. Download the app on App Store or Google Play under “M.O Pilates”

When to arrive

Make sure you get there at least 10 minutes before the class for an induction by your instructor. If it’s your first class, you must attend the induction on time, so make sure you show up early! Regular clients have to be there by the time the class starts or entry will not be allowed.

What if I’m late?

You’ll need to be in the studio ready to start class on time. If you know you won’t make the class make sure you cancel via the app to avoid a £5 no-show fee.

What do I wear?

Grip socks are a must for all equipment classes. You can BYO or purchase in the studio. Wear comfortable gym/yoga clothes. Make sure long hair is tied up and you’re not wearing moisturiser or body lotion. Jewellery should be removed as it can damage the equipment.

Can I film / bring my phone?

We have a no-phones or filming policy to make sure everyone is comfortable. If you do need to bring your phone to the studio please have it on silent and leave the class if you need to take an urgent call. You can snap a selfie after class.

Can I cancel or skip my class?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all our classes. Manage your classes via the app. We operate a no-show fee of £5. Cancel via the app to avoid being charged and so someone else can take your spot.

  • Yes, you’ve got 1 month to activate your trial pass. Your pass starts from the date of your first class.

    CLIFTON SCHEDULE

    HARBOURSIDE SCHEDULE

  • No. Our studios operate independently so you’ll need to purchase your intro pass for the studio you’d most like to come to.

    If you join as a member, we offer packages that allow use of both studios, after your intro pass.

  • Start with COREFORM, and you’ll get to know the equipment, movement and Pilates principles. If you’re not new to Reformer Pilates you can start with any class you like.
    All of Clifton’s mat and barre classes are suitable for all levels, just come along and join us!

  • We’ve designed our classes to be multi-level, with options to challenge or modify so that anyone can enjoy the sessions, no matter where you’re at.

    COREFORM is our signature dynamic Reformer Pilates class for all levels. Start here.

    When you’re ready for more, try Level 2 or Advanced. These classes move at a more challenging pace as we assume you have a solid foundation already.

    FITFORM, MIX’D and CARDIOFORM are for all levels, but we recommend 1 COREFORM first.

    Infra- Red, Barre, Elevate and Mat Pilates classes are all levels. These classes are only available in Clifton.

  • Our reformer and equipment classes are 3 credits each, our mat and barre classes are 2 credits each.

    You can use the credits on your intro pass for any class you like.

    Note that only Clifton runs mat and barre classes. Intro passes are exclusive to the studio that you purchase at and can’t be used at both locations.

  • After 16 weeks you’ll not be able to join group reformer sessions. We run a special Prenatal Coreform for new mums weekly, or you can switch to private classes.

  • Clifton - park in the Clifton Down Shopping Centre or on surrounding roads on meters.

    Harbourside - park in the Wapping Wharf car park, or Asda carpark, or surrounding roads on meters.

  • We offer secure areas to store your belongings and and have limited changing facilties in both studios.

    We do not offers showers.
